Depression

Depression is a serious but common condition. It often causes people to feel sad or empty for long, extended periods of time.

Depression

It can also affect your thinking patterns and physical health if left untreated.

The first signs of depression are changes in eating habits and changes in sleeping patterns and an increase in feelings of despair.

Many people suffering from depression withdraw into a world of their own and tend to gradually lose contact with those that are close to them.

If you feel that your mood is very low and the low mood has lasted longer than two weeks and/or it is beginning to interfere with your life, it may be time to seek help.
