Low Self Esteem

Self Esteem is used to describe a person’s sense of self-worth or personal value. In other words, how much you appreciate and like yourself.

Low Self Esteem

One of the most common features of low self esteem is negative thinking.

People with low self esteem view themselves critically and may feel that they are a failure. People with low self esteem work with a counsellor or psychotherapist on becoming more assertive, confident and self aware.
